How do I get started?

Register an account, read the Server Rules, download the client from the Downloads page and start the launcher. It updates the game by itself.

What are the server rates?

Base EXP 260x, Job EXP 160x, item drop 100x, card drop 0.75% (75x), equipment 85x. Pre-Renewal mechanics, max level 255/99, max stats 150, max ASPD 196. Everything else is on the Server Information page.

When is War of Emperium?

Thursday and Saturday, 20:00–22:00 server time, all castles. Schedule and castle owners are on the WoE Hours page.

Which custom items exist?

All of them, with stats and how they are obtained, are listed on the Custom Items page. Where to get them is not written anywhere on purpose.

Where are the quest guides?

There are none from the staff, on purpose. Quests on Avalon are found in game: talk to NPCs, read what they say, try things. Players who have worked a quest out are welcome to write it up in the forum Guides section, as it was done on the original server.

The Warper does not let me into a dungeon

The Warpra in town opens a dungeon only after you have found the Warpra Helper inside that dungeon and talked to him. Once found, the dungeon stays unlocked for your account.

My game crashes or the launcher cannot update

Close the game and run the launcher again; it repairs and applies missing patches. If it keeps failing, download the client again from Downloads and post the error in the forum Technical Support section.

How do I report a bug?

Post it in the forum Bug Reports section with what you did, where and when. For account problems (lost password, ban appeal) open a ticket through Support.

Can I play on multiple accounts?

See the Server Rules for the current policy on multi-accounting and account sharing.

Do donations give an unfair advantage?

Donations keep the server running. Donation items are the classic Avalon customs with the stats they always had; see the Purchase page for what is available.
